I am Alexis Foxx  and  [ The Foxx Den ] is my space where I speak honestly about how my adult  life has been impacted by mental health struggles with Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD.   

The Foxx Den is a also space for reviews about great food, great events, travel, open discussions about life and how I went from an exotic dancer and drug addict to sober and starting over at age 30. To be honest, I have a hard time being vunerable and in 30 years of life the biggest lesson I've learned is that the more you hold things in, the worse you feel. 

So here is my attempt to let it out.
